Cookie Swap – Cookies with Fillings

Today we are sharing cookies with fillings, you know the ones (think ganache, caramel, jams etc!) delicious little treats that can be added to your Holiday baking. As part of our Christmas Baking Frenzy this year I asked for some of my fellow bloggers to share their favorite recipes and I was blown away by the response.
