Christmas Fudge with Shortbread Pieces

Disasters happen when baking, it is part of the game! It’s what you do with the outcome that shows you how incredibly versatile and creative baking can be! This fudge is so easy and uses crumbles left from a shortbread disaster we had.

Even if you didn’t have a disaster, all you need to do is take about 5-6 of your Whipped Shortbread cookies (from Day Two ) and crumble them into medium chunks to toss into the hot fudgey mixture!

Cooking Time: under 5 minutess (requires chilling)

Makes: one 8×8 baking pan cut into squares
