Now, for today’s treat…A delicious Whipped Shortbread! Oh boy are you guys ever in for a treat with these ones! This recipe has been in my family since the 80’s and it is by far the TASTIEST shortbread I have ever tried! And on top of that, it is so easy to make you will be blown away! No chill time, no cutting, no rolling…just make, plop and bake! It makes a ton of cookies, and only uses 5 ingredients! One of the best thins about all 13 days of goodies is that they can be made in advance and put in the freezer until you’re ready to make your cookie trays!
