Hey ya’ll!! Sorry for the delay in today’s post, it has been one hectic weekend! On a positive note, we got our tree today Woohoo! I can’t wait to get him all decorated this week and ready for our annual Christmas party next weekend!
What did you think of the Thimble Cookies from yesterday?! A nice flaky cookie, with a delicious center…mmm! So what’s the cookie today? Well, it actually isn’t a cookie at all…but a delicious Bark instead! You are going to love this one. It is one of the things my older sister made this year during our frenzy, and boy did it ever turn out good. It’s technical name is Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirled Bark, and trust me, it will make your baking list every year! With the addition of pistachios and chopped cranberries, it is very holiday looking and dresses up any tray.
