Today we are sharing cookies with fillings, you know the ones (think ganache, caramel, jams etc!) delicious little treats that can be added to your Holiday baking. These cookies are a chocolate lovers DREAM, it’s chocolate upon chocolate to create this delicious treat.
chocolate peppermint chip sandwich cookies: snappy gourmet
Delicious little chocolate chip cookies that are made into little “sandwich cookies” with the addition of a peppermint frosting! A classic Christmas flavor combination if you ask me!
