Peppermint Cake Mix Cookies

Today’s cookie is a simple Peppermint Cookie that uses boxed cake mix!! They take very little time to make and are very festive, making them perfect for your cookie trays!

Peppermint Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large candy canes
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 4 oz cream cheese
