The photos below will help to show you what the foil lift should look like for you to lower your pans into your pressure cooker.
You will need a piece of foil approximately 3ft to create a large enough lift to leave you with “handles”. Fold the foil width wise 3-4 times to create a 3-4″ thin band of foil.

Fold the excess “handles” into the side of the pressure cooker so they are accessible when you are finished cooking to remove the pan.
