– Egg – Kosher salt – Ground pepper – Garlic powder – Nutmeg (optional) – 1 jar pasta sauce

Prepare filling - mix ricotta, 1/2 c of the shredded mozzarella, 1/4 c of Parmesan, spinach, egg and seasoning, Stir to combine.
