In stand mixer (or using hand held mixer) beat eggs until frothy

Add sugar and continue to beat on medium speed. Add vanilla and mix. Stir in Nutella until combined.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet and mix

Divide dough into 2 logs onto baking sheet, use  wet hands to help shape the dough

Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes -slice with serrated knife to cut logs into 1/2" slices

Flip biscotti and cook additional 10 minutes until cookies are crunchy. Drizzle with Nutella drizzle!
