Dried Thyme Butter Eggs Vegetable Broth Salt and Pepper

In a large bowl, tear up  Bread, place on baking sheets and bake for 10 mins (or prep night before and leave out to dry)

Chop onions & celery, add to a medium pan over medium heat with 1c of the butter. Add spices.

In a large bowl, toss bread with your butter and broth mixture

In a small bowl whisk your eggs with remaining broth & add to the bread mixture.

Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes (or until  top is golden and slightly crispy)
