Cinnamon Spiced Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium Carrots peeled
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut your carrots into sticks (unless you are using baby carrots) and make sure to keep them the same size for even cooking.
  • Steam carrots in a microwave safe bowl on high for 4-6 minutes, until a fork goes through easily.
  • In a small bowl melt butter for 20 seconds. Add in brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until it dissolves.
  • Pour glaze over the carrots and season with salt and pepper.
