Ingredients
6-8medium Carrotspeeled
1/4cButter
2tbspBrown Sugar
1tspCinnamon
Pinchof Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Cut your carrots into sticks (unless you are using baby carrots) and make sure to keep them the same size for even cooking.
Steam carrots in a microwave safe bowl on high for 4-6 minutes, until a fork goes through easily.
In a small bowl melt butter for 20 seconds. Add in brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until it dissolves.
Pour glaze over the carrots and season with salt and pepper.
